Orders
All in-stock orders ship within 3 business days. Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $500.
We do our best to accommodate international orders. To get started, please reach out to orders@wulfsohnrousso.com or complete the form on our Contact page.
Import duties and taxes associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the client.
Pre-order pieces are produced within 6 weeks of purchase. Each item is handcrafted with exceptional care in Los Angeles. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Our Jewelry
Our jewelry is crafted exclusively from high purity, recycled precious metals: 925 sterling silver and 18K gold.
We use natural diamonds and gemstones and are highly committed to responsible sourcing. All diamonds comply with the Kimberley Process, and we prioritize suppliers who ensure transparent gemstone traceability and uphold industry best practices.
Each piece is made in Los Angeles by expert artisans. Local production affords us comprehensive visibility and hands-on oversight, while supporting craftspeople who preserve time-honored techniques. Small-batch manufacturing ensures purpose, precision, and integrity in everything we create.
Every design is conceived with enduring wear in mind. For proper care, gently clean your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth and avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, lotions, or perfumes.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We are pleased to accept returns on eligible in-stock, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Made to order and custom jewelry is final sale; exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please email orders@wulfsohnrousso.com with “Return” and your order number in the subject line. Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions for shipment. We ask that your package be sent within 7 days of approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be reflected in the final refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to arrange an exchange, please contact us at orders@wulfsohnrousso.com. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Quality is central to every aspect of our production, but in the rare event your jewelry arrives with an issue, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at orders@wulfsohnrousso.com.
If an item ever needs repair, please email orders@wulfsohnrousso.com with your order number and a brief description. We will follow up with next steps, including service options and estimated timelines.
